authentic self.

I've spent the last few years running Valubyl, advising over 35 tech companies on product-led growth. Though, I've always been more fascinated with the people than the product. Both the users and the people building, which I guess is where our catchphrase came from: "users are people too."

I'm also building Oneliine, an audio-guided journaling app.

More recently I've started working one to one with founders and operators. The work is personal, but it isn't separate from the business. Almost everything that limits a company runs through the person leading it, which means how clearly you decide, how much you're carrying, and whether you're building what you actually want. I focus on practical tools and methods to move you into the states you do your best thinking and living from, allowing you to bring your best self to everything you do.

I live in Jerusalem with my wife and our two children.
